Returns/Refunds/Repairs
Our Return policy lasts 30 days
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
All items returned for reasons out of our control are subject to a 20% restocking fee
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Additional non-returnable items:
- All engines/ engine packages (new and used)
- Gift cards
- All jet units/ water jets
To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase in your name
Returns are only eligible for the purchaser to whom our original invoice is made out to
Refunds/Returns (if applicable)
Refunds/Returns or replacements are subject to inspection of returned goods, and acceptance of returns is made at our discretion. If your refund is rejected you will be notified so arrangements can be made to return your item at your expense.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@southernjet.co.nz and send your item to: Southern Jet, 1 Hally Terrace, Temuka 7920, New Zealand
Warranty
We have a return to base warranty on all items as per shipping terms stated below - With the right to repair goods at our discretion to as new condition before offering a replacement

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from this.
If you are shipping a valuable item, we recommend the use of a trackable shipping service, or the purchase of shipping insurance.
